As a member of the Training Assistant team, you'll interact with trainers, customers, and other Epic staff as they navigate our various training programs. You'll play a pivotal role in the success of Epic trainees by handling phone and email inquiries from our community members, becoming an expert in our learning management system, and supporting training by maintaining our database of trainees. Successful candidates will be self-starters who enjoy administrative work and have strong communication skills..

Requirements
Knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Adobe products
A history of academic and professional success
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI
