Summary
The Director of People & Culture provides positive leadership to champion the culture and engage a high-quality workforce to meet the needs of the business and ensure the organization is a highly preferred employer. The position is responsible for overseeing company-wide HR practices that can be leveraged across our locations and support the business through standardized processes and HR best practices. Oversight includes employee communications and internal branding/sentiment, DEI, CSR, and learning and development to promote PlayCore's mission and values-based culture. The position plays a critical role in supporting the business strategy, developing our HR strategy, implementing standardized, scalable, and site-specific talent initiatives across PlayCore, and ensuring a collaborative, continuous quality improvement mindset for supporting the needs of our business that is growing organically and through acquisition.
