Position Overview

The Associate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics, supports the Directors and Group Directors in their mission to deliver best-in-class solutions for Initiative clients. You will partner with the integrated Initiative team and across Initiative SBUs to help drive a world class analytics practice across data strategy, planning, audiences and measurement - this position can touch almost every aspect of the MarTech ecosystem as it relates to data, analytics, audiences and insights. As theAssociate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics, you will work withthe agency and client toenablethedata andtech solutions that lay the foundation forexecuting and optimizing brand and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage/mentor/lead junior team members
  • Understand core client business challenges and develop relevant data and tech approaches that are future-forward
  • Work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities - supporting the development of tools, dashboards, stories and techniques to optimize media and audience performance
  • Support storytelling to drive action by influencing roadmaps of dashboards, data delivery, audience strategy approaches, new measurement methodologies, and new ways to connect people and departments to come together to make decisions
  • Ensure alignment between day-to-day analytics support and overall T-Mobile analytics strategy - with an eye towards innovation and the future of analytics delivery
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills - able to effectively work across multiple departments and add proactive value in collaborative meetings and work sessions
  • 6+ years of relevant Media and/or Analytics experience, preferably with Enterprise level client(s)
  • Possesses understanding of how brands go to market with media (strategy to planning to activation to measurement) and how data and analytics support this process
  • Understands how data is collected and transformed to support measurement and insight generation
  • Understands how to refine data and analytics into a cohesive story that drives action
  • Strong organizational skills - able to aggregate information and data from multiple sources and find patterns and insights in the data, able to juggle competing priorities and optimize delivery of high-value work
  • Knowledge of Digital Platforms and Analytics tools (GA, Adobe, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
  • Knowledge of dashboard visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, etc.) - knowing how to build dashboards is not a requirement, but will be given preference
  • Demonstrates understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of advanced attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, taxonomy approaches, and ad-tracking preferred
  • Working experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g. DCM, SA360, TTD, FB, etc.) preferred
  • Experience managing audiences for planning and activation and/or analytics support developing audience insights for planning and activation preferred
  • Initiative does not require candidates to have a college degree

Salary Range
$110,000-$140,000 USD
