The Manager Physician Operations is responsible for supervision of clinic practice managers. They implement and monitor clinic goals. Provides front line management and monitoring of daily activities of the clinic practice managers and in some instances front line staff for clinics within the INTEGRIS Medical Group (IMG). The area Practice Administrator is responsible for special project implementation related to practice start up to include budgeting, contacting and procurement. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. * Bachelors degree in Business or a related field. 4 years of clinic experience to include 2 years of supervisory experience may be accepted in lieu of bachelors degree.

* 5 years experience in health care administration to include extensive knowledge of general management theory. For regional clinics, related healthcare experience within the INTEGRIS system will be considered in lieu of 5 years experience in health care administration.

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

* This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
