Aqua is now looking for a Meter Operations Supervisor, a key role in the service of our customer base across South Eastern Pennsylvania (SEPA). You will lead a team focused primarily on the installation, maintenance and reading of the Company's residential and commercial metering system which covers some 370,000 meters.
This critical role, which will open up opportunities for further progression within the SEPA Operations team will provide leadership, direction, and motivation of the mixed union/non-union team to deliver the Company mission. This includes achieving the high standards of customer service Aqua set ourselves as well as meeting Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission requirements. We seek a collaborative leader who will work closely with local divisions, customer operations, Legal, New Business, Cross Connection Control and Technical Services to assist with appointment scheduling, service order generation, account inquiries/trouble shooting, order status, and cancellations.
