Senior Director, Reward - Americas Capital Markets
What this job involves JLL is currently seeking a Rewards Lead supporting our Capital Markets business in the Americas. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Rewards Head of Capital Markets, this role will lead the support of the Capital Markets rewards strategy for the Americas region. This role will lead the design and program governance of compensation programs to align with the strategic goals and culture of the Americas Capital Markets business and overall JLL enterprise. This role requires thought leadership, innovation, and collaboration across business lines, HR, and Finance. This role will be responsible for: Partnering with Executive Leadership and HR Proactively develop and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders that will include Business Leaders, HR, Operations, Finance and Legal. You'll be partnering with leaders across our Americas Capital Markets business line.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor demonstrating the ability to understand complex and multi-faceted businesses, offering compensation expertise to enable the development of solutions that support the strategic business needs.
Drive Reward Strategy Through Design, Implementation and Administration of Reward Plans and Programs Lead and drive initiatives to design, develop, implement, and administrate compensation programs
Monitor external trends and benchmarks. Proactively propose adjustments to reward programs to stay competitive in the market while supporting business goals and overall JLL profitability
Partner with Finance to properly assess financial impact of any compensation modifications.
Create complex financial models to analyze the impact of plan designs and adapt proposals as necessary to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Monitor spend and budgets throughout the year to advise on trends and implications of ad-hoc compensation decisions.
May support complex projects over multiple business units or regions. Serve as a deep subject matter expert.
Manage year-end compensation administration Lead and drive the process with key stakeholders around approach and methodology to be followed in year-end pay administration. Strong communication and partnership with HRBP leads and business partners supporting their reporting and analysis needs.
Champion the use of a data driven approach Using insight to inform business decisions and raising the profile, visibility, and effectiveness of the Total Rewards team

Subject matter expertise in sales incentive design, best practices, benchmarking, reporting, and analytics. Experience in supporting a global sales incentive system implementation, requirements gathering, and testing. Designing sales incentive plans to support the business strategy and JLL enterprise goals. Experience in creating a cross-functional sales incentives governance model and framework.
Highly collaborative with strong executive presence and creative thinking
Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs and various styles and approaches.
Able to operate at all levels of the organization, cross-functionally and cross geography
