POSITION SUMMARY | ||||
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is part of a multi-disciplinary team whose primary purpose is to determine, assess and plan public health and case management services, ensuring that services promote early detection of diseases or illnesses, while emphasizing health education and health services that are preventive in nature. A major focus of the NP's responsibilities will be Women's Healthcare. The incumbent will represent United American Indian Involvement, Inc. (UAII) at community events, meetings, and during program reviews. | ||||
