Job Description
Join our team dedicated to crafting delightful desserts! We're seeking dessert enthusiasts to uphold the standards of our Bakery operations, cultivate a proficient team of associates, and ensure impeccable execution of departmental functions. Collaborating closely with the Bakery Manager, you will contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience and bolstering the success and sustainability of our department, while assuming accountability and making impactful decisions. In this role, your re sponsibilities will include:

  • Collaborat ing with the Bakery Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manag ing inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items.
  • Assist ing in training, developing, and motivating associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Uphold ing cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols.
  • Provid ing friendly and exceptional service to all customers.


Qualifications for Success:

  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally


  • Ability to push and pull up to 90 lbs of force occasionally
  • Occasional: Sitting and climbing; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and handling
  • Frequent: Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel
  • Constant - Stand, handling, & forward reach
