Your Role

The Contract Administrator is the liaison between the Sales Coordinators/Planners and Sales Management. The Contract Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the review and processing of all contracts whether Local or National that are generated by the Los Angeles Sales Organization. Once approved by management, the Contract Administrator processes each contract for billing. The Contract Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that contracts have been fulfilled - Posted & Delivered (P&D) in order to facilitate the release of billing.

Essential Functions

  • A thorough understanding of OUTFRONT's Contract and Inventory Management Systems to verify contract validity
  • Track, update, and maintain status of all contracts in process for Los Angeles based Local and National Account Executives
  • Ensure all required contract procedures are followed and completed in a timely manner
  • Submit contracts to the Manager Approvers for signatures and acceptance in CMS
  • Liaison between Billing/Collections and the Sales Team
  • The P&D process requires an understanding of all aspects of Proof of Performance and must interact with Charting, Sales and Operations Nationally in order to ensure completion

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be self-motivated/directed, take initiative and have the ability to drive to completion
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, and in a concise manner
  • Must be able to manage being the Go-To person for multiple AEs, Sales Assistants, and Charters, and work well under pressure
  • Must be multi-task oriented
  • Must be professional in manner, and possess complete personal and professional integrity
  • Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of applicable, professional work experience
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
