We are currently looking for a Junior Developer who craves a role encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities that will support their ongoing growth and development, spanning from day-to-day operations to exciting projects and initiatives.

This position is within the Business Applications & Integrations team. The team is responsible for architecting solutions for, and supporting enterprise business systems developing systems and data integrations among business systems and external systems; and designing and developing business intelligence data models and visualizations with a specific focus on our PDI implementation and integrations and APIs between existing systems (i.e. Wastelinq, Markethub, SMARTruck, Samsara, etc.).

What You'll Do:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with stakeholders across different business functions to gather and document feedback, build and maintain business processes in PDI, and promote end user success by supporting effective adoption. Advanced SQL/T-SQL skills and Python skills with practical experience in data movement. Experience managing projects and with programing (SQL/T-SQL, Python, Javascript) is a plus. The Business Systems Analyst will report to the Senior Business Data Analyst.

Responsibilities include:

Systems Analytics and Integrations

• Building and maintaining PDI flows to automate business processes

• Assisting with PDI administration, permissions sets, page layouts, and other general maintenance tasks
• Assisting with building and maintaining integrations between systems using SOAP and REST APIs
• Collaborating with team members and internal clients to gather requests for improvements, designing solutions, and implementing these changes as appropriate
• Collaborating with team members to develop analytics and data queries that support teams across MSP
• Manipulating, importing, and exporting data in PDI and related systems
• Documenting solutions and processes

Business Analytics

• Proactively seeks out operational issues and opportunities for improvement
• Utilize technology resources, applications, and data to develop innovative tools, reporting, and analyses (SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.)
• Construct algorithms/logic via SQL that provide solutions, enabling end users for better decision making
• Ensure that constructed reporting and analyses are defined, efficient, and scalable
• Independently audit usage, accuracy, and value of deployed projects and reporting
• Continuously research, learn, and develop the necessary technical and business skills for complex data analytics
• Pursue opportunities for improved reporting efficiency, through continuous consolidation and proactive management of data relationships and disparate data sources
• Maintain, analyze, manage, and improve comprehensive internal and external reporting and analytic solutions catalog
• Utilize analytic tools to ensure and maintain accuracy through business and system changes, evaluate user performance, and identify areas for exception management and profitability improvements

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• Three plus years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of professional and academic experience in database management, programming, or Salesforce administration

Knowledge & Experience

• Familiarity with or experience with Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with or experience with Version Control Systems (Git, ADO).
• Experience with workflow management tools Kissflow, Smartsheet, Appian
• Familiarity with or experience in T-SQL query writing.
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• Good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
