As a Lead Account Manager, you'll leverage your scientific expertise to solve complex water treatment challenges, driving growth by developing and selling innovative solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. You'll be a trusted partner, actively listening to clients' requirements and providing effective technical support to resolve issues and optimize our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, selling and implementing advanced water processing solutions.
• Utilize your scientific knowledge to analyze clients' water treatment needs and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest water treatment technologies and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer value.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or customer support in the water treatment/process industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of water treatment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage with technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments, adhering to stringent safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000.
