POSITION

Allspring Global Investments' Marketing & Communications Team is seeking Senior Investment Product Marketer to join our Content Marketing Team, focusing on strategizing and developing content focused on our equity, fixed income, and systematic strategies. Working in partnership with the Marketing, Investment, Distribution, and Compliance teams, this person will create unique and insightful content that will highlight our investment capabilities, strategies and products, while continuing to elevate Allspring's brand as a leader within its industry. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to exhibit storytelling skills while applying your knowledge of investments in order to create pieces that will generate new opportunities for Allspring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ideate and draft new investment product content, including but not limited to pitchbooks, sales sheets, primers, web content, podcast scripts, videos, brochures, etc.
  • Analyze and organize data as needed to create compelling stories and unique positioning in marketing collateral. This includes leveraging performance data and charts, Morningstar Direct, and/or Bloomberg outputs
  • Leverage existing content to output engaging email marketing and social media posts
  • Partner closely with the Investment teams on content ideation and development, while ensuring content is engaged with and distributed by Channel Marketing team
  • Develop deep understanding on investment teams and products/strategies
  • Ensure content is written with the appropriate channel in mind (e.g. intermediary, institutional)
  • Examine existing materials, templates and usage of content to ensure content is relevant and useful to Distribution
  • Present new ideas to enhance team's content, processes, strategy and output
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure content adheres to best practices and guidelines
  • Develop content in a timely manner, following project plans and meeting deadlines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-10 years of experience from either Product Marketing, Investment Specialist or Product Specialist role within Financial Services
  • Demonstrated understanding of capital markets, asset classes (fixed income, equities, alternatives), capabilities, philosophies and processes
  • Deep knowledge of investment products/strategies
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and distill it down into simple terms for broad use
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail, strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in groups
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Personal interest in investments and financial markets
