Job Description
Title- MP&P Technical Analyst
Duration- 6Months
Location- Tukwila, WA

Shift timings: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Regular and predictable attendance is required
Client Research and Technology is seeking a Mid-Level Composite Technician (Level 3) to join our team in Tukwila, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
* Evaluates parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications
* Analyzes failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures
* Generates test plans, identifies and categorizes failures, determines root cause and documents results and recommendations
* Proposes, develops and validates revisions to procedures and specifications
* Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes
* Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes and coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customers
* Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by designing, developing, fabricating, testing, evaluating and implementing new concepts and technology
* Provides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 1+ years of experience as a mechanic or technician
* Good work ethic, high mechanical aptatude and knowledge of composite materials

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience working in a laboratory environment
* Hand layup experience
* Composite and metal bonding experience
* AFP equipment operation experience
* NC programming experience
* VCP programming experience
* Robot, gantry, lathe and mill operation experience
* CAMS experience
* Assembly experience
* Structural test experience
