The Firm's Global eDiscovery Services teamplays a crucial role in delivering strategic solutions to our firm's dispute lawyers and clients. As a Senior Analyst in our eDiscovery Operations team, you will be responsible for managing case-specific data within our eDiscovery platforms, including Reveal Brainspace and Axcelerate. This position requires a strong understanding of diverse data formats and the ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of MS Access, SQL and Python/JavaScript.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop custom analyses of diverse data sets, including messaging platforms and cloud applications, utilizing SQL and Python/JavaScript for data normalization
  • Mentor colleagues in the application of these custom solutions
  • Design and execute database queries for efficient data transfer and field mapping
  • Validate, process and manage documents within the eDiscovery platform
  • Utilize SQL for database management and query optimization
  • Develop and maintain Python/JavaScript tools to automate eDiscovery processing tasks and maintain local Git repository
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy through attention to detail
  • Follow established processes and collaborate with analysts and Operations Manager to refine processes for increased efficiency and accuracy across all workflows
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver quality database and technical support services

This position is full-time remote and can be located in any US city in or near an NRF office. Flexibility to come to the office for trainings or meetings is required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience in eDiscovery processing at a law firm or LSP
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experienceworking with SQL databases
  • Proficiency in Python/JavaScript scriptingfor task automation and development of custom tools
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell, text editors (e.g., Ultraedit/Notepad++) and IDEs
  • Experience with Reveal and/or Axcelerate preferred
  • Understanding of TAR, machine learning and AI a plus
  • Commitment to excellence in project management, client service and quality deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support
  • Ability to delegate and train junior team members
