What you'll do:
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks including troubleshooting issues, repairing failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need to be successful:
4 years of experience in manufacturing and facilities maintenance
Forklift experience
1 year of experience with HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair-120v & 480v (consideration will be given to equivalent combinations of education and experience)
Excellent attendance
Positive attitude
Safety oriented
Strong and consistent attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
Team oriented
Basic computer skills are required
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Maintain a valid driver's license
Must have experience using mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metal working machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude a must
Knowledge of basic assembly processes preferred
Able to:
Willing to:
Improve self / area / company (including pursuing additional training, if needed)
Develop a working knowledge of company's systems (example: AS/400, maintenance software)
