We're seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer in Charlotte, NC, with strong communication, a collaborative approach, and a passion for growth.


Responsibilities include:

  • Researching governing codes and ordinances pertinent to the project site.
  • Developing site designs for a variety of urban and natural settings including layout and grading for paved surfaces, planting areas, site furnishings and fixtures, etc.
  • Coordinating work with site civil engineers and natural resource scientists.
  • Developing plant designs to support site engineering projects.
  • Editing project specifications and coordinating them with project plans and details.
  • Preparing graphics, plans, and construction documents utilizing CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software for projects, proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Completing work to meet design objectives and achieve project milestones.
  • Preparing cost estimates with support from the V3 construction estimation team.
  • Managing and tracking time and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in land development, specializing in Placemaking & Hardscape.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and a client-first mindset.
