Mass General Brigham Integrated Care is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to develop new high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care.This work stems from Mass General Brigham's unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. MGB Integrated Care will provide a wide range of offerings, including outpatient surgery, imaging, primary care, behavioral and mental health, and specialty care, both digitally as well as at physical locations across the state and region.

The Opportunity: Advanced Practitioner - Family Medicine
Why This Role Is Important
As a key member of the clinical team, the Advanced Practitioner will provide acute, episodic care to our primary care patients. Patient care will consist primarily of same-day sick visits with some overflow of physicals and hospital follow-up appointments provided on-site and virtually. This individual should be comfortable with change and interested in working in an evolving environment where tools to provide care are frequently updated and improved.

* Job Type: Full Time (40 Hours)
* Schedule:
o Monday: Half day virtual appointments followed by half day administrative time
(can be remote)
o Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM patient-facing, clinical time
