As a special education paraprofessional, you will support students in our extended school year (ESY) programs. The elementary ESY program will be held at Richfield STEM Elementary, secondary and Transition Plus programs at Richfield Middle School and early childhood special education (ECSE) at the Central Education Center.

• Student Hours: 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
• Para Hours: 8:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
• 2024 Dates:
  • June 12: PD Day (schedule to be determined)
  • June 18 and 20 (Week 1): Tuesday and Thursday.
    • No school on Juneteenth.
  • June 25-27 (Week 2): Tuesday through Thursday
  • July 1-4: No school the week of July 4.
  • July 9-11 (Week 3): Tuesday through Thursday
  • July 16-18 (Week 4): Tuesday through Thursday

To support the summer program staff, professional development and orientation will be provided on June 12. Staff are expected to attend and will be compensated for this professional development/orientation day.
