• Position: Digital Project Manager
• Location: Peoria, IL - hybrid
• Duration: 24 Months

Summary: This Digital Project Manager position supports dealer-facing e-commerce platform, Order Navigation Experience (ONE). The Digital Project Manager supports operations and works cross-functionally across organizations including the business owners, technical owners, technical delivery team, stakeholders, and end users, leading product development and deployment efforts. This position will lead several transformative projects to support increased engagement on the platform and help make doing business easier while delivering on key corporate objectives.

Education & Experience Required:

The position typically requires a college or university degree or certification that is equivalent. Prefer 4 year degree in Marketing, Engineering, or something IT related.

Willing to take 2 year degree with minimum 8 year experience. Willing to take Masters with less experience.

• 5+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment OR equivalent experience in working in order-to-delivery or marketing with direct dealer contact.
• Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion

Technical Skills

(Required)

• Project management
• Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups) and Powerpoint skills

(Desired)

• Heavy equipment OEM environment.
• Experience working with dealer network
• Data analysis and visualization experience using Power BI
