Instructional Systems Designer/Specialist

The Learning Designer collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product owners, and other Learning Designers to create engaging content, assessments, and courses. The Learning Designer maintains best practices for learning development, helps create solutions to learning barriers, and evolve design standards in coordination with other Learning Designers. The Learning Designer leverages organizational metrics to make data driven decisions that lead to increases in learner engagement and learner satisfaction.

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $55,400.00 to $74,800.00. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change.
