SUMMARY
SUMMARY
A Barback assists the Managers, Bartenders & Porters in the Beer Hall, Rec Deck & Tours Tasting Room and are valuable contributors to a quality guest experience. They are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked bar and clean guest spaces, ensuring that we are running efficiently.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all bars are well stocked with clean glassware, bottled beer and other supplies
- Change kegs & maintain cooler to set cleaning standards
- Wash all glassware
- Bus tables, picking up empty glasses, bottles and disposing of food waste
- Wipe down tables and bar tops
- Stock recycling station with clean rags and sanitizer
- Clean and empty recycling station units
- Be friendly and have professional interactions with guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, dish pit, recycling stations & waste not corral
- Follow all opening and closing instructions
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Perform weekly or monthly cleaning duties as assigned by managers
