Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at Dragos, your primary role will be to identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities within the non-named accounts of our federal business sector. This role involves a blend of exploring new prospects and maximizing upsell/cross-sell opportunities, while effectively managing customer relationships and ensuring positive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this position is self-driven, results-oriented, and a collaborative team member with a proven history of managing and converting a robust pipeline of opportunities. Your ability to build a strong rapport with a diverse range of decision-makers through virtual calls and in-person meetings will be crucial. You will be persistent in understanding the needs, challenges, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers. Technical proficiency is a must, as you will need to articulate the value of Dragos to both technical experts and business leaders. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing ICS/OT market leader.


Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities within the US federal sector through proactive follow-up on inbound leads, and outbound cold calls and emails as needed.
  • Drive new account growth and expand existing accounts through B2B sales of Dragos software, threat intelligence, and services to enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with the Channel team to propel deals through appropriate partner channels.
  • Build a robust network of contacts to pinpoint client requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other sales tools effectively; oversee the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities.
  • Predict clients' fundamental needs and challenges, and guide solutions through education and communication of our service offerings, including providing pertinent quotes and proposals.
  • Manage a substantial portfolio of complex accounts.
  • Engage with internal resources necessary for deal closure, including contract management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience closing technology sales business in the government public sector.
  • A track record of consistent sales performance against aggressive quotas.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Proficiency in delivering quality presentations, crafting sales messaging, and building rapport with prospects.
  • Experience with federal agencies is highly sought after.

Compensation

  • OTE: $130,000
