Marketing Specialist - 5 to 6 month long Contract!

Job Description:

Lead Generation & CRM Management:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to optimize lead nurturing and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to segment leads, measure results, and optimize workflows to convert leads into customers.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows, automated email sequences, and effective lead scoring models.
  • Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for CRM users.
  • Manage the CRM platform daily, including creating workflows, automated lists, and updating forms and properties.
  • Oversee data integrity and maintain the health of user databases.
  • Measure and optimize HubSpot campaigns, monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Share knowledge and best practices, and provide training for existing and new users.

Website Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company's website to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and content accuracy.
  • Act as the owner of website performance, updates, and maintenance, focusing on search optimization and user experience.
  • Manage online content via CMS platform, including SEO edits.
  • Own the management of SEO and PPC campaigns with agencies and freelancers. General knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords is required.
  • Collaborate with IT, design, and content teams to update and optimize the website regularly based on performance insights.

Digital Marketing Execution:

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaign execution, including preparing and executing landing pages and emails using automation software.
  • Assist with the implementation of paid digital and PR campaigns.
  • Work with the Regional Marketing Team to organize and maintain a customer database.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future strategies.

Email Marketing:

  • Provide expertise and guidance on developing an email marketing strategy for North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Australia/NZ.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize global email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Work with the Visual Designer, Content Manager, and digital marketing agencies or freelancers to develop necessary assets and contribute to copywriting for emails.
  • Track and report email marketing metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

  • Partner with the Content Manager and Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to plan strategies and create assets that maintain an authentic social voice, enhance the brand, and improve customer experience.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns are performing as expected.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Understanding of website content management, SEO strategies, and analytics reporting.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms, specifically Google AdWords.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Sprout Social, or other social analytics/social listening tools.
  • Experience with Adobe software packages such as Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred but not mandatory.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
