Kearney & Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Integrator to join our dynamic team. Looking for a passionate individual that wants to contribute to our mission of delivering excellence to our client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide the Director with the ability to rapidly respond to changes in priorities in an agile, flexible manner.
  • Support the Director through the integration and execution of all contract tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Provide multidisciplinary expertise of program and project management with a focus on workforce management and data driven solutions.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 10 years of experience directly supporting the DoD Financial Management Community
* Must have experience working in or supporting the DoD financial management community
* Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
* Bachelors Degree
* Experience working at a Major Command or higher level
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams from different components
* Adept at identifying and creatively solving complex challenges

* Willingness and ability to stay current with evolving tools and strategies in the ever-changing landscape

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more of the following certifications:
    Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Government Financial Manager or similar industry standard federal financial management certification
  • At least five years of concurrent experience supporting federal financial management requirements with technical writing and editing of technical material of some or all of the following tasks:
    o Department-level strategic guidance and policy and procedures
    o Workforce management programs
    o Professional certification program management and administration
    o Department-level strategic communications
