The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the Commercial organization by leading various HR processes with a focus on employee relations, recruiting and talent management. The HRBP provides leadership, is a change agent, an administrative expert and an employee advocate serving as primary liaison to front line and senior level leaders.
The role is critical in devising local organization effectiveness and talent development strategies while executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, transforming the organization's culture and driving HR functional excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall HR contribution and value add to the business, translating business goals into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation in partnership with the appropriate Centers of Expertise and HR Services
Provide comprehensive HRBP support for all employees, ensuring a seamless experience in areas such as employee relations, compliance guidance, recruitment assistance for open positions and proactive performance management strategies
Drive Talent Assessment, Succession Planning and Talent conversations, connecting talent needs across the organization and associated training programs fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Lead the coordination of the performance, salary and incentive review process for the division, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure fairness, transparency and alignment with organizational objectives
Execute day-to-day role responsibilities driving and supporting the evolution and ever changing business
Lead cross organization projects as needed
REQUIRED
* Bachelor degree, with an emphasis on HR/Business or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of experience in associate relations or HR
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

* If in Milwaukee travel to Downers Grove, IL once a week is required.

* Advanced knowledge of Excel with an analytical mindset
