Job Description

The Manager, Law Enforcement Collaboration is responsible for overseeing all operational and relationship management aspects of the Law enforcement collaboration program under the direction of the Sr. Director, Contact Center Operations and Clinical Services. These duties include but are not limited to, supervision of staff, assisting with scheduling, quality assurance, program oversight, performance management, and external partner relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the Sr. Director, CCO & CS, collaborates on recruitment and hiring of Law Enforcement Liaison Staff
  • Ensures that contractual obligations are met
  • Assists in implementation of law enforcement partnerships
  • Participates in training Law Enforcement partners in the community and in 911 centers across the state
  • Participates in presentations as requested related to 911 diversion
  • Co-Locates at 911 centers to ensure collaboration and trust between Solari and Law Enforcement partners
  • Participates in ongoing collaborative meetings with law enforcement leadership to promote collaboration
  • Collaborate with crisis line leadership on procedural development/process improvement and provide training as requested related to police operations and culture, and how to best serve law enforcement partners
  • Reviews data and identify possible opportunities to expand diversion criteria to ensure the program is as effective as possible
  • Demonstrate effective engagement skills; inspire hope and promote recovery and resiliency.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Critical thinking skills for managing requests and decision-making skills that facilitate safety and resolution;
  • Concurrent management of multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment;
  • Ability to function effectively on a large, diverse team;
  • Clear, concise, and logical verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, electronic health records, and telephone systems.

Education and Experience:

Must meet one of the following BHT education and experience requirements:

  • Master's Degree in behavioral health or healthcare related field; or
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or healthcare related field and one year of work experience, or volunteer behavioral health experience; or
  • Associate's degree and at least two years of full-time behavioral health work experience; or
  • High school diploma or equivalency and four years of full-time behavioral health work experience:
  • Minimum 6 years industry experience and 4 years of leadership experience,
  • 2 years behavioral health, contact center, and strong knowledge of 911/police operations. The candidate's applicable education and experience will determine where a candidate falls in the position range
  • A comparable combination of education and/or applicable experience will be considered.

Pay Range
$76,546-$83,600 USD

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to noise typical with office operations. Ability to hear and speak.
