POSITION CAN BE LOCATED AT OUR GREENSBURG, WILKINSBURG OR NORTH SHORE OFFICE

Duties of this position include:

  • Perform administrative duties for the management team to include general daily duties such as answering the telephone, typing, ordering office supplies, maintaining department files, making appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Initiate and compose correspondence.
  • Collect, compile and organize invoices and budget tracking information.
  • Communicate cross functionally regarding Process Operations issues and needs as well as externally to customers, vendors and contractors.
  • Process invoices, reconcile purchase card statements, handle confidential records and information and make travel arrangements.
  • Generate documents, spreadsheets and presentations using multiple software programs.
  • Maintain department information databases.

Successful candidates will possess the following knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures. Excellent computer software skills (Microsoft Office ). Proficient in SAP.
  • High level of initiative and judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to collect and compile data efficiently.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.
  • Successful results of PNG testing related to this position.
