GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Associate Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing Human Resources support to the facility, administering a variety of HR programs and procedures throughout the organization. Responsible for supporting the HR function to ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal laws and guidelines.

JOB SUMMARY/JOB DUTIES:
o Provides front desk coverage to support and follow up on the employee inquires, such as attendance points, job bidding, distribution of paperwork.
o Maintain badging system to include processing badges for new, temporary, current employees and contractors as needed; updating the records to termination and delete inactive badges and make any system changes as needed.
o Provides support to the manufacturing teams for transfers, terminations, pay changes etc.
o Tracks 30/60/90-day reviews for completion and filing.
o Assist with temporary employee administration.
o Assist with new hire uniform orders, distributions, cancellations, and invoice auditing.
o Oversees and maintains the HR bulletin boards as well as electronic communication.
o Supports site Rewards and Recognition programs and rollouts.
o 1st point on contact for candidates being onboarded.
o Partners with HR Generalist in conducting new hire orientation in both English and Spanish and helps with facilitation of the paperwork.
o Assist with HR initiatives (such as annual enrollment, appreciation lunches, company events, community events, Great Places to Work activities, etc.)
o Assist with the payroll process as needed.
o Compile and maintain employee records to including filing active and termed employees' documentation.
o Maintain the record retention schedule for the employee files onsite.
o Creates and sends out letters for standard HR request - employment verification, wages, termination request, etc.
o Administers Random Drug Testing process.
o Acts as site's Leave of Absence Administrator.
o Time will be spent both on the plant floor and in an office environment.
o Acts as the backup HR Generalist when needed.
o Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
o High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
o 1-2 years of experience.
o Proficient computer management skills.
o Excellence communication skills required - written and verbal.
o Problem solving and self-starter mindset.
o Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to various levels of the organization.
o Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
o Payroll/Timekeeping experience preferred.
o Badging System experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$32,585.00 - $52,630.00

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
