This is a leadership position with great potential within the Halff organization.
Survey Project Manager Minimum Requirements:
  • Land Development or Public Works.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a Professional Surveyor team of Survey Technicians and Field crews.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in research, analytical, problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
  • Solid proficiency and hands-on working knowledge of Civil 3D.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center.
  • Hands-on experience examining official documents, deeds, and land titles in preparation of legal descriptions on an as needed basis.
Survey Project Manager - Preferred but not Required:
  • Preparation of Drawings and technical documents for highway construction and maintenance projects a plus.
  • Professional Surveyor (PS) or Surveyor Intern (SI) preparing to sit for the PS exam (not required for employment).
  • 2 years of management experience on any of the following: Boundary surveys, surveys for design, and client management.
  • Experience with DOT projects are a plus.
  • MicroStation proficiency is a plus.
