What part will you play?
The ADOPT Onsite Service Technician works with an assigned client daily, providing support for technical system needs. The most important requirement for this role is the ability to create and maintain a client relationship which results in superior client satisfaction, as well as the renewal and growth of an ADOPT onsite support agreement. Support normally includes multiple aspects, such as meeting/conference/events assists, inventory tracking, reporting, and proactive systems maintenance. Additionally, technician exercises technical skill level abilities to perform break/fix/troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repair of faulty systems and equipment. This role has a strong need to assist end-users with the hosting and support duties of webinars, including ZOOM and Webex based virtual meeting platforms. Occasional event support may also be involved with this role. This role works with multiple client site locations around the Memphis area. Proper face-to-face interactions with executive level personnel will be a requirement of this role.
