We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Austin, TX or Waltham, MA office.

Job Summary

Imprivata's recruitment team is looking for a Recruiter to help shape, build and scale our organization. You will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for managing a diverse set of roles across the organization and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish. Your ability to build relationships, think creatively, and adapt to changing priorities will be essential in driving our recruitment efforts forward.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates and build pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, interest, and fit for the role and company.
  • Facilitate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams, ensuring a timely and smooth interview process.
  • Draft, negotiate, and deliver verbal and written offers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the recruitment process, driving efficiencies and improving outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and projects.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Desired qualifications:
  • In-house requirement experience within a software company highly preferred.
  • Experience in agency recruitment.
  • Understanding of Booelan search language.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Jobvite preferred.
This position offers a total compensation range of $67,800.00 to $83,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here.This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
