As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you'll respond to inquiries from retirement plan participants, sponsors, financial professionals, and third-party administrators (TPAs). You'll research and process retirement plan transactions by leveraging varied resources, including making phone calls to clarify questions/requirements to resolve requests. You'll play a critical role in educating clients on plan- specific inquiries and general retirement industry concepts and regulations.

This position will be starting on 7/29/2024 and does require you to work in the office three times a week with the option to work from home twice a week.

  • You have proven experience completing client requests (i.e., financial and account maintenance).
  • You're highly resourceful and a critical thinker. You think outside the box and present alternative solutions.
  • You are action oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex inquiries/requests.
  • You have a working knowledge of retirement industry and the ability to apply it to work assignments.
  • Your detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.
  • You have high learning agility and enjoy staying informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements.
  • You are comfortable with a shift ranging from 8-5pm & overtime, as business needs allow.


San Antonio Base Salary Range: $40,090-$64,144

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
