ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor, to gather requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee the entire ERP implementation journey from start to finish.
- Embrace the challenge of engaging with stakeholders from different departments, managing change, and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless and successful ERP implementation.
- Be the driving force behind assessing our current systems, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations to ensure a flawless transition to the new ERP platform.
- Showcase your exceptional teaching and training skills by developing and delivering top-notch end-user training programs, both remotely and on-site, ensuring a smooth adoption of the new system.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals, process flows, and system configuration records, serving as a valuable resource for the entire organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems, preferably in the dynamic retail industry or a similar field.
- Knowledge of or experience in the retail industry or a related field is highly desirable and will give you an edge in understanding our unique challenges.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall are preferable and will allow you to lead with confidence and precision.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
