Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis Extraordinaire: Analyze large data sets, including EHR, billing, and clinical data, to uncover trends and insights on payer reimbursement and utilization for our partner practices.
- Contract Mastery: Engage in contract modeling and analysis to support our managed care negotiations with payers.
- Dashboard Wizardry: Create compelling dashboards that provide users with deep insights into managed care contracts and performance.
- Communications Pro: Develop impactful deliverables to share your findings with partner practice leaders.
- Mission-Driven: Contribute to our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer through various additional tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring
- Analytical Genius: A problem-solving mindset and a knack for finding pragmatic solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SQL is a plus, but a desire to learn is essential.
- Visualization Skills: Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Healthcare Enthusiast: Working knowledge of the healthcare industry is beneficial.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 0-4 years of work experience. Experience with a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or similar is a plus.
