Job Description

The San Francisco and Palo Alto offices of Paul Hastings are seeking a Corporate associate to join our premier global Capital Markets and fintech practices. Candidates must have familiarity with the U.S. securities laws and experience in the following: advising clients in connection with public company and private company equity and debt capital markets transactions and counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters. Attorneys should have a strong interest in cutting edge FinTech work, and prior transactional and / or regulatory experience in the FinTech sector. Great opportunity to join a strong platform which has experienced significant growth over the last three years and is a strategic priority of the Firm. Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials and client management skills are required. Relevant law firm experience from AmLaw 50 firm is preferred. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
