Job Summary: The Community Engagement and Events Manager conceptualizes, develops, manages, and executes the community engagement strategy for Integral Care by building quality relationships in the diverse community the agency serves. This position is responsible for actively engaging with the community to build brand awareness, understanding public perception and educating the community about programs and services. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating education campaigns, forums, and events, as well as representing Integral Care at community events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and manage communications and outreach initiatives to engage key stakeholders, community collaborators, diverse communities and neighborhood associations around agency initiatives.

• Plan and coordinate community engagement events, including virtual and in-person.

• Coordinate logistics for virtual staff meetings and events.

• Develop and manage a process to track events, outreach, and engagement.

• Create materials that respond to community questions about Integral Care programs and services and about outreach events.

• Plan and manage budgets for community engagement and event activities.

• Utilize social media for agency event and education campaign promotion.

• Manage and responds to community concerns.

Education:

Preferred:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Required:

• Two years event planning; Two years community engagement experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
  

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday. Some weekends.

Workhours: Varies. Some evenings.

Salary: $59,339 annually, plus an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual stipend.
