Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Trust & Safety outcomes in partnership with engineering, product, design and Ops.
What you'll do:
- Define and drive Trust & Safety programs based on current and emerging needs, ensuring scope, responsibilities, and ownership are well-established, risks are proactively identified and mitigated and that programs are executed and landed successfully.
- Establish and own relationships with key partners across Trust & Safety as their strategic and execution partner for delivering high impact programs.
- Find medium to long term opportunities to drive efficiencies across Trust & Safety holistically and individual programs to meet product, business, and OKR requirements while also streamlining engineering efforts and cost.
- Advocate for product and execution changes where necessary.
What we're looking for:
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (10+ years in a technical or analytical role).
- Strong technical breadth and judgment - ability to quickly ramp up and go deep on a range of technologies, ability to identify technical risks and tradeoffs.
- Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Focus on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to persuade others to accomplish program objectives while holding yourself and your team to a high standard of accountability.
- Experience driving Trust & Safety programs highly desirable.
