Job Title: Case Advisor *Series 7*
Location: West Des Moines, IA *Hybrid*
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $30.61/hr.- $31.61/hr.
Summary:
Operational and service complaints cover a variety of subject matters, ranging from poor service received at a branch or in the contact center to issues related to back-office functions and transactions on the account. Case advisors must conduct research on each complaint to determine if the issue has already been resolved and communicated to the client. If not, they need to work with the back office, front office, and/or the client to obtain information and resolve the issue.
