Compass Group USA, the leading foodservice and support services company, is seeking an outstanding Associate Business Product Owner- Sales Enablement (REMOTE) to join our world-class team. In this role, you will be a key player in crafting the industry and implementing innovative solutions. With our daring growth plans, you will have the chance to create a significant impact and challenge on a global scale.
Key Objectives: This role will support the continuous design and optimization of our current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product that is used to support our sales team as Compass Group undergoes a digital transformation. This individual will represent the business and work with technical counterparts to implement any changes in the system and support the training efforts of end-users with new rollouts. This individual will be integral in the successful deployment of a new tech stack that will be applied by the various groups that support business development across all Compass sectors. Additionally, this individual will be critical in the success of driving sales enablement through technology improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business-concentrated discipline or computer-related field
* Prior experience as a key stakeholder in product strategy and roadmap development
* Significant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM* Ideal candidate has experience in deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM with service-based company
* Proficient to experienced knowledge of Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
* Active participation and collaboration with technical team during backlog grooming sessions, user story development and reviews
* Experience working within Agile methodology for large-scale projects
* Experience with tool integration, specifically tied to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or data warehouses like Snowflake and Marketing Automation Platforms like Hubspot
* Deep understanding of data-related functions such as governance and standardization, mapping and migration, transformation and enrichment, and modeling

* Takes ownership of the timely delivery of work assigned at high quality standards
* Loves change and can adapt easily to changing priorities
* Active listener and synthesizer - able to understand various personas and end-user's outstanding needs and requirements and translate them for technical development
* Process and logic demeanor - desire to improve efficiencies through workflows, automations and integrations
* Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
* Partnership and collaboration - ability to interact with all levels of employees and as a member of multiple teams (technical and non-technical)
