Position Overview

Due to a promotion, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is currently seeking a Coater Superintendent for our Coated Products Operations plant, located in
Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

This key management position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Training, and Coaching in a manufacturing environment. This facility has six coating and laminating lines.

Qualifications

The selected candidate should have:
- A proven commitment to safety and best practice implementation
- A collaborative management style, with the ability to work well with all levels in the organization
- Outstanding Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and effective team building skills
- Coating, slitting or web handling experience, a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Strong computer skills
- 5+ years of Supervisory experience
- Experience in a labor relation in a union environment, a plus
- A four-year bachelor's required; technical or engineering degree is preferred.

The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
