A little about this position:
- Work as an integral part of the Recruiting team within Human Resources.
- Ensure timely contact with all applicants.
- Acts as liaison between applicants and hiring managers.
- Acts as an ambassador for Mammoth Mountain and the Human Resources department.
Requirements:
- Previous reception or office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, publisher, teams
- Workday recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Motivated, organized and enthusiastic demeanor
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous recruiting experience preferred
- Flexible and adaptable in the work environment
- Be a positive team member and collaborate well
- Knowledge of Mammoth Mountain or ski industry preferred
