Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

Preferably we would like a candidate located within 60 miles of our Henderson, NV or Markham, WA plants.

If so, we would love to have you join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior TA Specialist!

A Day in the Life...

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making within the talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the future of our organization by ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to achieve our strategic objectives.

  • Collect and analyze data related to recruitment processes, such as candidate sourcing, application funnel, and time-to-fill metrics
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights
  • Driving innovation to the recruitment process for increased productivity and streamline efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Partner with our Human Capital Analytics team to utilize predictive analytics to forecast future hiring needs and potential challenges
  • Partner with hiring managers & business teams from all levels of the organization to facilitate the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and debriefing
  • Recruit for corporate full-time, temporary, and internship roles, as well as, support global teams' recruitment efforts
  • Occasionally work with outside staffing agencies to assist in talent acquisition efforts
  • Work with compensation to prepare, extend and negotiate job offers
  • Execute employer branding initiatives and promote job opportunities via various social media channels
  • Unbiasedly evaluate applicants based on job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Lead and develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools
  • Maintain vendor relationships including staffing agencies and other recruiting partners
  • Partner with broader team on diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and efficient practices, as it relates to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring
  • Stay up to date on the latest best practices and technology in the Talent Acquisition space to facilitate continuous improvement of policy & strategy
  • Other Talent Acquisition & HR-Related projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

* 4+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience * Union environment experience preferred * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems - Workday preferred * An understanding of current legislation and laws around hiring practices * Ability to build relationships, influence and offer best practice solutions to business partners * Team-oriented, collaborative and a problem solver * Detail-oriented and data-driven

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$69,800 - $95,900

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
