Job SummaryThe Product Solution Sales Specialist role will provide the organization, brokers, clients, and prospects with an understanding of solutions within the Luminare Health solution portfolio and consult with Sales, Client Management and/or clients to design configurations of offered solutions that meet client-specific needs and work with Client Management and/or clients to enhance and evolve those configurations as needs evolve. Luminare Health offers a wide range of solutions to meet diverse client and member needs, and this role will work with cross-functional teams to help plan and execute a comprehensive client-specific packaging and design for existing solutions. This role will lead the development of solution specifications for clients, ensure solutions are effectively implemented for clients and address implementation issues as they arise and work with the product manager to assist with managing the performance of those products and solutions from a client perspective. This role will facilitate/lead product and solution process design, strategy, and implementation sessions, including documentation and execution activities with clients and/or brokers. The duties may include meeting with brokers and clients to understand their needs and optimal solution design. A natural curiosity a continuous improvement mindset is important. The Solution Sales Support individual will have a strong knowledge of the products and solutions Luminare Health offers and the competitive healthcare landscape to help the Sales and Client Management teams effectively position our product portfolio in a way that is clear and compelling. Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to developing presentations for internal leadership on products, solutions and key customer segments, supporting go-to-market needs for new products, drafting content to help strengthen RFP responses related to our products and solutions, and promoting our innovative solutions in new ways.Requirements

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
Min to Max Range:
$64,700.00 - $121,500.00
