The Ideal Candidate:

A strong background in digital marketing, with a proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and display advertising. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, and creativity to drive effective campaigns that meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate will also have a strong foundation in data-driven creative strategies and a proven track record of developing digital campaigns that captivate audiences.

The Top Shelf:

This Paid Media Coordinator will support the Digital Marketing Team in executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving revenue, user acquisition, engagement and retention. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies, leading to incremental revenue generation.

How You'll Contribute:

Planning and Execution

  • Assist in the development and implementation of paid media strategies to drive user acquisition, revenue, and retention.
  • Manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various digital channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and CTV.
  • Build assets needed for marketing campaigns, such as forms, pixel placements, etc.
  • Provide clear and concise creative briefs to guide the development of ad creatives and messaging to reach target audiences
  • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform campaign strategies.

Performance and Measurement

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against key metrics, utilizing data to track, measure, and optimize ROAS, CPA, CVR, CLTV and churn.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Generate actionable insights from campaign data to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of ad tech, including Facebook Pixels, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking and tagging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to leverage its insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships and Business Strategy & Analytics to support broader initiatives.
  • Interface with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

Player Stats and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media, with a heavy focus on performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and CTV.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing ad tech solutions such as Facebook Pixels, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking technologies to ensure accurate data collection and campaign tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a "team-first" mentality.
