About the Role:

As a member of a team of HRIS and HR technology administrators, you will be an expert in troubleshooting user inquiries, generating reports, analyzing data, integrating HR systems and configuring technology platforms.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and troubleshooting HCM environments
  • Delving into available system functionality to maximize the use of technology tools (i.e. Dayforce HCM, M365, case management and record retention platforms)
  • Leveraging technology to design efficient business processes within and between systems
  • Providing prompt and accurate assistance to HR partners, employees and internal team members.
  • Writing complex reports in an HRIS platform and leveraging PowerBI
  • Developing and facilitating on-demand reporting and data integration requests
  • Creating and managing complex reports and dashboards to extract actionable insights

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology field
  • Five years payroll, HRIS, or related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Demonstrated technical competence with various Payroll/HR information systems (e.g. Dayforce), including HRIS implementation, deployment and upgrades
  • Skill in leveraging Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and/or PowerApps
  • Strong understanding of database relationships with skill in complex report writing utilizing various tools, primarily based on SQL
  • Strong skill in understanding how to structure data to drive reporting and integrations
  • Skill in developing/supporting system integrations (the exchange of data)
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis in client service
  • Skill in performing a variety of duties under the stress of frequent interruptions or distractions
  • Solid analysis and problem solving skills
