The Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

At Power Technique, under the guidance of highly experienced senior technicians, you can learn how to maintain, troubleshoot and repair, and refurbish a variety of portable industrial equipment including:

  • air compressors
  • generators
  • dewatering pumps
  • light towers

We work on equipment from tow bar to exhaust including:

  • motors
  • air ends
  • electronics and controllers
  • hydraulics and pneumatics

What we expect of you?

Experience:

To qualify you must:

  • be enrolled in a relevant course of study at a technical school or college [or have completed an academic program].
  • be willing to work assigned hours each week at a nearby service center under the guidance of a senior service technician.

Education:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Enrolled in a relevant course of study at a technical school or college (or have completed an academic program)

Skills:

  • be motivated to continue increasing your knowledge and skill in working on portable industrial equipment.
  • accept feedback and use it to develop yourself.
  • perform your job duties in accordance with the expectations of a professional work environment.
