About the role

As the Senior Digital Product Manager for Enterprise Integrations, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, execution, and delivery of integration solutions across various division and enterprise systems. This role demands a transformative leader who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of digital products to enhance organizational efficiency, drive innovation, and support business goals.

What you'll do in this role

  • Provide Strategic Leadership by defining and executing the digital product integration strategy in alignment with division and enterprise objectives. You will also find opportunities for digital transformation and integration to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for digital integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs. You will also prioritize integration projects based on impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
  • You'll be collaborating with division leaders and other team members to understand integration requirements and business needs, and will be serving as the primary point of contact for integration-related initiatives; ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. You will also be representing Engineering to ensure adequate time is allocated to comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • You'll own and regularly maintain a healthy product backlog for one or more agile teams, by understanding and documenting business outcomes in features and user stories. You'll prioritize work items in the backlog based on customer value and business outcomes.
  • You'll be working closely with our engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure. You'll be establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and impact of integration solutions, and continuously analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • You'll bring an eye for innovation and improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital integration and product management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organization.

Compensation

Salary Range: $121,300- $202,200 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.

Your education, skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years experience in digital product management, including experience with system integrations and enterprise solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
  • Understanding of API management, microservices architecture, cloud computing, and data integration platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, understand business processes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Apigee, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar preferred.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies.
  • High School Diploma, required
