Key Responsibilities:

* Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes, embroidery)

* Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.

* Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.

* Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management

* Comply with all Levi's policy and programs.

Job Requirements:

* Experience with denim industry and current/upcoming trends.

* Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.

* Awareness of design trends

* Enjoy engaging with clients and store team
