We are looking for an accomplished VP of Inside Sales to join our Executive Leadership Team to help drive First American into its next state of growth. This position will understand the home warranty business model and design and execute plans to improve sales outcomes and team performance for both on-site and remote sales agents

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire the sales organization, both on-site and remote, to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets by establishing sales goals and holding the team accountable to meeting and exceeding targets
  • Develop sales managers to excel in coaching, performance management, providing relevant feedback, forecasting, and implementing a daily KPI cadence
  • Innovate and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy, planning and implementation of programs and initiatives that impact Inside Sales
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on new products, sales promotion, pricing, new and existing markets and advertising to drive sales growth
  • Partner closely with Marketing on the development of high quality sales leads
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit an effective sales team
  • Apply strong analytic acumen to develop and use a variety of metrics to evalutate performance, identify opportunities and drive success
  • Produce reviews of sales performance for executive management to assess progress, drive strategic and operational changes and plan for resource investment
  • Provide Finance with quarterly sales revenue forecasts
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of team members and technology, while sizing the organization appropriately to meet current and future sales targets

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience within Inside Sales, for a large, world-class corporation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in executing strategic plans
  • Previous success building a high-performing sales organization resulting in significant revenue growth
  • Must be a collaborative leader; able to create and foster a highly energized sales and metrics-driven culture that enables and delivers strong performance
  • Ability to learn needs of both on-site and remote employees while driving team performance, monitoring results, and appropriately allocating resources
  • Experience with and knowledge of functional sales tools and infrastructure
  • Previous experience effectively managing Inside Sales processes, procedures and metrics; overseeing KPI adherence, sales planning and operational activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Salary Range:

$127,000 - 312,000

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
