Requires a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience performing data analysis utilizing data visualization tools and BI software, including Tableau, Statsbots, and GA4, and data analysis and statistical tools, including Excel, Python and Databricks; performing database management with SQL; performing clickthrough-rate analysis, search query analysis, and other search quality metrics, including content relevance, content timeliness, and query tag coverage percentage, while utilizing Search Engine Optimization best practices; utilizing natural language processing and analyzing linguistic data sets to improve search functionalities and improved search relevancy; conducting qualitative and quantitative research related to search improvements; and utilizing video editing and content creation tools, including Adobe After Effects, to create custom content.
